Product Description

The API pump valve ball and valve seat is evolved from the traditional plug valve, and its opening and closing member is a sphere, which is used to open and close around the axis of the valve stem. The spraying technology used on the surface of the ball, through the treatment of various working conditions, the hardness can reach HRC78. The sealing surface of the valve seat is processed with hardness up to HRC72. The ball and seat are paired for grinding, and all sealing areas of the entire sealing surface of the ball valve are finely ground.

The valve ball and seat are important part of oil production pump, and their use directly determines the life of oil production pump. According to the corrosion characteristics of oil well fluids, different materials can be provided. The main materials are stainless steel, cobalt chromium tungsten, tungsten carbide, titanium carbide and other alloy materials. The valve seat is used together with the valve ball, which has excellent sealing, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and can adapt to harsh environments. The inclined surface of the valve ball and seat is flat and smooth, with an accuracy of 0-0.005mm and a mirror effect on the surface.
