Product Description

The air chamber assembly plays an important role in regulating pressure and reducing fluctuation during drilling, it is very important to maintain the normal operation of air bag in drilling production.
The air chamber is installed at one end of the hydraulic discharge pipe. The function of the air chamber is to stabilize the pressure and compensate the pressure. The working pressure is 80% of the mud pump.
When disassembling and assembling the air chamber assembly, the pressure must be released first.
The F500 / F800 mud pump is equipped with KB45 air chamber, F1000/1300/1600 mud pump is equipped with KB75 air chamber.

In order to reduce the pressure and displacement fluctuation of the drilling mud pump, an air chamber is usually installed on the discharge pipeline. The suction air case has advanced structure and reliable performance, which can enable the mud pump to achieve the suction effect. It is widely used in the high-pressure pipeline for petroleum and chemical transportation. It can balance the peak pressure of the high-pressure fluid of the mud pump, stabilize the pressure, and reduce losses. KB-75 air bag capsule external dimensions: Φ 530x279x378, single weight 17KG.

Operating Principle

 

In the first half of the discharge process, the air chamber stores part of the liquid from the excess average displacement of the cylinder;  In the second half,  the air chamber discharges some of the originally stored liquid to supplement the insufficient liquid in the cylinder, so as to keep the liquid pressure and displacement in the air bag after discharge line more uniform
