Ram Blowout Preventer

The ram blowout preventer, the shell and main parts are all forged, and the gate chamber of the shell is elliptical in the longitudinal section of the vertical piston rod. The gate is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder to realize the opening and closing action. The side door moves in a linear manner, and the action of one side door is controlled by two hydraulic cylinders. An automatic sand cleaning structure is designed on the shell. The gate is designed with an automatic centering structure. Two outlets are designed on the side of the shell to connect the well killing and throttling manifolds for special operations such as mud circulation, throttling and blowing, well killing, and well washing. The cylinder body is designed with a discharge port to release pressure when the pressure is too high to protect the device. A secondary seal is designed on the middle flange. In an emergency, if liquid seepage is found in the observation port, emergency grease can be injected.
