Product Description

The assembled piston mainly consists of a piston core, piston cup, pressure plate, clamp spring, clamp ets. The piston core is forged from 45#/35 CrMo/42 CrMo. Piston rubber is vulcanized rubber products, ordinary rubber is made of nirtrile rubber, polyurethane rubber can also be used to improve the working temperature range of rubber.

During operation, piston reciprocate within cylinders, driven by the crankshaft or crosshead mechanism of the pump. As the piston moves backward, it creates suction that draws in drilling fluid into the cylinder. Upon forward movement, the piston pressurizes the fluid, forcing it through discharge valves into the drill string and borehole. This continuous circulation of drilling fluid helps cool the drill bit, remove cuttings, and maintain wellbore stability.
