Product Description

The ceramic cylinder liner is made of national patented zirconia toughened alumina ceramic. The combination of high fracture toughness of zirconia and high hardness of alumina can improve the fatigue strength of the product.
The outer sleeve is forged with 45 # steel to resist wear, and the inner sleeve is a ceramic sleeve, tightly bonded by the inner and outer layers.
Ceramic liner may seem expensive, but it actually reduces the cost of running the mud pump, and our ceramic liner has a proven service life of 4000 hours.

Bi-metal liner is one of the most widely used and most used parts of hydraulic ens of mud pump. The bi-metal liner is made of different materials of outer and inner sleeves. The outer sleeve is  high-quality 45 # forged steel, and the inner sleeve is  high chromium alloy cast iron. After heat treatment, the chromium content shall not be lower than 25Cr, and the inner surface shall be smooth mirror. The product meets the requirements of API7K and SY5064-1985 standards.

 

Precautions for installation

 

• It is strictly prohibited to throw, hit, or impact the mud pump liner. If it is necessary to lower the liner, it must be done slowly.
• During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the metal part of the mud pump piston and the inner wall of the mud pump liner do not experience any eccentric wear as much as possible. If there is any eccentric wear, it should be corrected as soon as possible.
• It is strictly prohibited to directly hit the liner with heavy objects such as hammers. When striking, materials such as wood must be padded and gently tapped to provide cushioning.
• When the equipment is not used for a long time below 0 ºC in winter, the mud in the suction chamber should be discharged to prevent the mud from freezing and cracking the liner of the mud pump liner.
