Mud Pump Fluid End Assembly

The hydraulic cylinder is the main component and important accessories of the drilling rig mud pump. It belongs to the hydraulic end part and is a high pressure resistant valve with high precision. Its function is mainly used for the suction and discharge of the mud pump at the hydraulic end.

The hydraulic cylinder is made of corrosion-resistant, high-strength high-quality alloy steel large forgings. After tempering treatment, it is tensile and wear-resistant. At the same time, the leading XH768 CNC processing equipment and technology for drilling, milling and tapping are adopted in the inner cavity processing, so that the valve box can withstand 31MPa working pressure. Improve the processing accuracy and safety factor of the valve box, so that the valve box has the advantages of high pressure corrosion resistance and long service life, and is more suitable for the drilling process requirements of high pumping pressure and large displacement in the oil field. The product conforms to API SPEC 7K specifications and is widely used in the oil drilling industry. The product not only sells well in major domestic oil fields, but also exports to the United States, the Middle East and other international markets. In addition, we can also process and produce other types of valve boxes according to customers' drawings and requirements.
The cylinder material is alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable. The structure design of the straight-through liquid cylinder of F pump, that is, the valve on the valve, reduces the volume of the liquid cylinder and improves the volumetric efficiency. If required by the user, the surface of the cylinder can be treated with electroless nickel plating to enhance its corrosion resistance.
