ZQ203-100/125 Drill Pipe Power Tongs

ZQ203/100 drill pipe power tong is widely used for drilling operation in oil fields and mines. The tong head is open-throat type and can release drill pipe freely with strong flexibility. When the power tong being put to use, you can make up or break out joints without cathead, manual tong and spinning rope (spinning chain). The tong features a combination of spinner tong and torque tong.
The tong is characterized by:

1.Only the hydraulic motor is driven by hydraulic power while others are air driven, which greatly simplify the hydraulic system;

2. With the integral structure of upper and lower tongs, it can avoid the possibility of bending drill pipe under large torque and prevent drill pipe to slide in the slips;
3. Flexible tong head floating structure can promise the upper tong to go up or down by following screw-in and screw-out of the drill string;
4. Automatic aligning clamping structure can ensure the reliable clamping of new and old joints;
5. Shifting cylinder is used to move the tong. Do not need any person to push or pull the tong;
6. Resetting and openings alignment are very convenient. Conversion from make-up operation to break-out operation is quick and reliable;
7. Torque and speed can be controlled. The tong can provide maximum torque and speed both in the make-up and break-out directions;
8. The upper tong clamps through brake band and the lower tong clamps through gripping cylinder. The structure is very simple;
9. Under high torque (75-100kN. m), the door frame can restrict the tong head deformation.
10. Tong height can be adjusted through Suspension Cylinder.
