Product Description

The oil drilling rig mud pump is an indispensable equipment in the drilling, and the efficiency of the pump slurry is closely related to the working principle of the parts. The piston rod and intermediate rod are important components of the pump's hydraulic end, responsible for the critical task of driving the mud. The big end of the piston rod is connected to the power end of the mud pump through the clamp to transmit power; The small end is equipped with a mud pump piston and through the reciprocating movement of the mud pump liner, the pressure is generated to achieve the flow and discharge of mud.
 

The piston rod, intermediate rod, and middle rod are forged from alloy steel, and the strength of the product is improved after heat treatment. The product is processed by CNC, and the surface treatment includes galvanizing, nickel plating, or decorative chromium plating.
Its reasonable design and good sealing are the basis to ensure the normal operation of the mud pump. The intermediate pull rod takes the pressure from the pump body and transmits it to the piston rod, allowing it to apply appropriate pushing force to the piston, ensuring that the mud can run continuously and stably.
