Structural composition
1) Power end
Base: Provides stable support.
Rack: Supports and protects internal components.
Small gear shaft assembly: Cooperate with the large gear shaft assembly to achieve the rotation of the crank connecting rod mechanism.
Large gear shaft assembly: meshes with the small gear shaft assembly to drive the crank connecting rod mechanism.
Crankshaft assembly: converts the rotational motion of the motor into the reciprocating linear motion of the crosshead and piston.
Cross head assembly: Connect the piston rod to guide the reciprocating motion of the piston.
DC motor: Provides power to drive the entire pump.
2) Hydraulic end
Hydraulic cylinder: Contains mud and is compressed by a piston.
Suction valve and discharge valve: control the suction and discharge of mud.
Cylinder liner, piston, piston rod: jointly complete the compression and transportation of mud.
