Product Description

The UNBT-1180L bi-metal liner is made of different materials of outer and inner sleeves. The outer sleeve is  high-quality 45 # forged steel, and the inner sleeve is  high chromium alloy cast iron. After heat treatment, the hardness of the inner sleeve shall not be lower than HRC60, the chromium content shall not be lower than 25Cr, and the inner surface shall be smooth mirror. The product meets the requirements of API7K and SY5064-1985 standards, and its normal service life is not less than 800 hours.

 

The inner and outer sleeve for UNBT1180L bi-metal liner are closely linked together. The outer is forged to resist wear and adopts centrifugal forging technology; The inner sleeve is high chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the hardness reaches 62 Rockwell C level after heat treatment.
Our company strictly controls the production of bi-metal liners within the tolerance range, ensuring easy installation, high inner liner smoothness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, and suitability for various harsh working environments.
Outer sleeve :45# steel forging, tensile strength σb>610MPa, yield strength σs>450MPa, elongation § > 17%, hardness HB180-200.
Inner sleeve: high chromium cast iron (centrifugal casting), annealing hardness HRC≤40, quenching hardness HRC60-67.
