Product Description

 

Ceramic liner piston is a special piston assembly designed and manufactured for the use of ceramic cylinder liner. The piston core is made of 45# steel forging and has good mechanical properties. The piston cup is made of NBR, which has better heat resistance, acid resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance and physical properties than ordinary nitrile rubber. The piston adopts special structure design, which can enhance the sealing of the lip and back of the piston, better straigtening effect, more effectively protect the ceramic cylinder liner, and extend the service life of the ceramic cylinder liner. The actual life is more than 800 hours, which is more than 4 times the life of ordinary pistons.

During operation, Double-Acting vulcanized integrated piston reciprocate within cylinders, driven by the crankshaft or crosshead mechanism of the pump. As the piston moves backward, it creates suction that draws in drilling fluid into the cylinder. Upon forward movement, the piston pressurizes the fluid, forcing it through discharge valves into the drill string and borehole. This continuous circulation of drilling fluid helps cool the drill bit, remove cuttings, and maintain wellbore stability.
