Product Description

There are two types of ram blowout preventers: single ram blowout preventers and double ram blowout preventers. Their design fully complies with the requirements of API 16A and NACE MR-0175 standards. They are mainly used for drilling, well repair, oil and gas testing and other operations to control wellhead pressure and prevent overflow or blowout. The double ram BOP is equipped with high-quality ram front rubber core, top rubber core, and middle flange sealing group, which can meet the working requirements of extreme working conditions such as high and low temperatures and acidic environments.

Structural features:

1. The pressure bearing parts are forgings with good strength and impact toughness, avoiding casting defects.
2. The middle flange seal adopts a combination seal, and the middle flange switch is realized by hydraulic pressure, making it quick and convenient to replace the ram.
3. Equipped with an auxiliary oil cylinder, compared with traditional ram blowout preventers with shear function, the function remains unchanged and the volume is smaller.
4. The ram rubber core has abundant reserves and adopts self-sufficient sealing.
5. The manual locking device is a standard configuration, which can ensure that the ram remains closed in case of hydraulic loss.
6.Manual, hydraulic locking device and auxiliary cylinder can be flexibly configured in the corresponding position according to customer needs, and easy to interchange.
7. The ram chamber of the blowout preventer can install various ram assemblies of the same type of foreign blowout preventer.
