Product Description

Pinion shaft is a very important part of mud pump. The pinion shaft is made of forged alloy steel, on which a herringbone gear with medium hard tooth surface is machined. For easy maintenance, single-row radial roller bearings with double-ribbed outer rings are used. The pinion shaft is extended at both ends so that a pulley or sprocket can be mounted at either end.
 

The pinion shaft is made of 42CrMo and has a high precision double bevel gear. Precision gears ensure that our pinion runs very smoothly, with almost no noise and no vibration, increasing the efficiency of power transmission. The clearance in the gears is minimal and no pre-wear is required for smooth operation.

 

Operating Principle

 

The drilling mud pump is known as the heart of drilling operations, and the efficiency of drilling is directly related to the mud pump. It is the main working equipment for providing mud system circulation.The power of the mud pump enters the mud pump by the pinion shaft, drives the big gear and the crankshaft to rotate, pushes the piston to move in the cylinder liner, and realizes the suction and pumping of mud
