Product Description

The drilling mud pump is known as the heart of drilling operations, and the efficiency of drilling is directly related to the mud pump. It is the main working equipment for providing mud system circulation. The PZ series mud pump is interchangeable with Gardner Denver's mud pump. The pump has the advantages of compact structure, small volume and easy installation and maintenance. Stable operation, able to withstand high pressure and temperature; Large flow, meeting the needs of large-diameter drilling; Widely applicable, suitable for different formations and drilling processes.

The mud pump drives the small gear shaft to rotate through external power, and drives the crankshaft to rotate through its herringbone teeth. Through the mechanical movement of the crank connecting rod, the crosshead drives the piston rod and piston to move back and forth, forming a process of mud fluid entering and discharging from the low-pressure chamber to the high-pressure chamber. This provides functions such as circulating mud, protecting the wellbore wall, flushing the bottom of the well, driving screws, breaking rocks, and cooling the drill bit for the drilling process.
The pump can perform the following tasks economically: drilling, workover, cementing, acidification, pipeline application, and mud application.

Operating Instruction

• Check before starting: the connection parts should be tightened; Electric rotation direction should be correct; Clutch flexible and reliable; The pipe connection is firm, the seal is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective.
• Before the liquid mud pump starts, the suction pipe, bottom valve and pump body must be filled with water, and the upper end of the pressure gauge buffer must be filled with oil.
• Rotate by hand, so that the piston reciprocates twice, no resistance and good line insulation can be no-load start, after starting, until the normal operation and then gradually increase the load.
• The operation should pay attention to the sealing of the sealing device, if necessary to adjust. Pull rod and auxiliary rod should be lubricated frequently.
• The mud sediment content should not exceed 10% during operation.
• There are several speed of the mud pump in order to make the splash lubrication reliable, should be in each shift to run several speed respectively, the time is not less than 30 seconds.
• It is strictly prohibited to change the speed during operation, and the pump should be stopped when changing the speed.
