Product Description

The drill pipe power clamp is an ideal tool for oil drilling, which is widely used in offshore, land drilling and workover operations. The use of ZQ203-100 power tong can achieve safety, labor-saving, and improve work efficiency. 
Its structural characteristics are:
1. The clamp head is of an open type, which can freely detach the drill rod and has strong maneuverability;
2. This clamp is an integrated structure of a rotary clamp and a torque clamp, with two flexible speed changes;
3. Driven by a hydraulic motor and controlled by compressed air, safe and simple operation;
4. Automatic centering clamping mechanism ensures reliable clamping of new and old drill pipe joints;
5. Lightweight and flexible clamp head floating scheme, easy to install at the wellhead;
6. One cylinder is used for wellhead transfer, without the need for pushing and pulling tongs;
7, the reset to the opening is very convenient, from the top buckle to the shackle quickly and reliably;
